Introduction

You may submit one request for the cluster or individual requests for YSAs within the cluster. Please provide the information requested by the form keeping in mind that we are seeking innovative approaches to correct chronic problems and critical issues. This funding can be used to attempt to correct a problem, or investigate ways to alleviate issues by conducting research or to launch a pilot program.

Budget:

We are requesting the estimated amount in these three categories. You are welcome to provide as much detail as you wish. Keep in mind, if approved you will be asked to submit more detail similar to the budget categories requested in previous cost reimbursement contracts. Please include any match/local funding that is available for the project. The last section of this item is for allocation of the budget amount by applicable YSAs.
